Our 28-Day Lunch & Dinner meal package consists of recipes designed in two cycles – first to enhance digestion and wound healing, and second to maximise nourishment and support recovery.
Each recipe is thoughtfully developed in conjunction with Thomson’s in-house team of Lactation Consultants, Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians and Dieticians to aid childbirth recovery.
Infused with fresh, carefully selected ingredients and herbs, each meal consists of meat/fish, vegetables, double-boiled soup, a choice between white and brown rice and longan & red dates tea delivered warm to your doorstep.

Thomson Nutri T&Cs
Activation of your meals
Simply activate your meal delivery by logging into your account. For meals starting on a working day, please activate before 12pm at least one (1) working days in advance. For example, to start your meal on a Wednesday, please activate by Tuesday before 12pm.
For activation after 12pm on a working day, the earliest meal start date will be two (2) working days later. For example, if a meal activation is done on Monday after 12pm, the earliest start date will be on Wednesday.
Tip: To start enjoying your meals as soon as possible upon discharge, activate your meal delivery on the day of your hospital admission.

Delivery
All prices are inclusive of delivery charges and GST. Island-wide delivery is available. However, a surcharge of $25 (inclusive of GST) applies for every meal delivery to Sentosa & Tuas.
We deliver daily, except on Christmas Day, Chinese New Year Eve and first & second day of Chinese New Year. Your meals on these four days will be deferred and the meal cycles will not be affected.
Delivery Time: Lunch between 10:00am to 1:00pm and Dinner 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Customer accepts that traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances may delay deliveries.
Refund Policy
Pre-payment is not refundable.
An administrative fee ($200 w/GST) will be imposed.
For meals that have begun consumption: The consumed meals will be charged at $60 w/GST per meal. Any free dishes that have been consumed will also be charged at prevailing rates. The balance amount after deducting administrative fee ($200 w/GST), consumed meals and free dishes will be refunded.
For meals that have not been consumed: The balance amount after deducting administrative fee ($200 w/GST) will be refunded
In the event that free gift(s) has been issued as part of the purchase promotion, we receive the right to claw back the value of the gift(s) that has been issued and refund the balance amount after deducting the value of the gift(s).
Termination Policy
An administrative fee of $200 w/GST will be imposed. We will contact you to confirm the details before proceeding with the termination.
In the event that free gift(s) has been issued as part of the purchase promotion, we receive the right to claw back the value of the gift(s) that has been issued upon package termination.
Downgrade Policy
Service downgrade : An administrative fee of $200 w/GST will be imposed. Any free dishes that have been consumed will also be charged at prevailing rates. The price difference between the existing and new package price (without any discount), less the prevailing rates for any consumed free dishes will be refunded.
Upgrades or Changes to Meal Packages
Service upgrade: Customers must top up the difference between the existing and new package price (pricing will be based on the prevailing month's promotion). Customers will also be entitled to the prevailing month's free dish(es) promotion, if any.
Others
All our confinement meals are freshly cooked daily and is best consumed within the time stipulated on the delivery bag.
One set of Tiffin consisting of 4 containers and 1 thermos in a bag will be on loan to customer daily for exchange during the delivery period. Customer is responsible for the cleanliness, loss and damage of this Tiffin set. Microwavable containers will be used for the last delivery.
All menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonality which is beyond our control.
The Management shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may result from the use of Thomson Confinement Food services.
The Management reserves the right to amend the prices, promotions and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
By placing the order of our confinement food home delivery service you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data to Thomson Medical and its subsidiaries and related companies, for the purpose of processing orders, transactions and requests, and communication with Thomson Medical Group and third party partners.
Delivered within 7-14 working days after payment. Orders with multiple vendors will ship separately.
Returns & Exchanges:
All items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
