The Baby Express BE Free Flange 27mm is the recommended silicone flange size for the BE Free wearable breast pump, designed for mothers with medium‑to‑larger nipples and moderate‑to‑high‑flow needs. When the flange becomes worn, cracked, or misshapen, it can reduce suction, cause discomfort, or let your breast tissue rub against the hard cup, so replacing it regularly helps keep your pump efficient and comfortable.
