Our package includes 30 days confinement porridge. 100g x 30 packets.
Our Lao Ban Niang Confinement Porridge is specially curated for mothers in confinement. It features a wide range of porridge flavours to be consumed in stages to supplement the nutrition while regulating the stomach. It also helps the body to recover faster and increase milk production.
Phase one: HEAL
Phase one nourishes your body while cleanses your womb.
Phase two: ADJUST
Phase two focuses on adjusting your inner Qi and nourishes your Yin.
Phase Three: STRENGTHEN
Phase three provides a boost of energy, strengthens your body while builds up your immunity system.
Package is easy to handle with carefully selected raw material and individually packed for freshness.
Preparation:
Soak ingredients in water for 30 minutes.
Remove the water.
Add 1.2 litres of water.
Bring to boil.
Change to small fire and simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours.
Add seasoning to your preference and ready to serve!
Delivery procedure
To ensure freshness of our products, we will contact you ~5 days before your stated EDD to arrange for the delivery date and time. In event that baby arrives earlier than expected, please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon admitting in the hospital so we can arrange the delivery for you. The number to call is 63363294. Please quote your name and EDD to allow us to locate your invoice.
Storage
Do note that the package have to be stored in the fridge upon receiving it. Shelf life of the herbs: Chiller compartment - not more than 3 months Freezer compartment - not more than 6 months
