What we use and why:
🌱 Alkyl polyglucoside (APG) - mild, non-ionic surfactant made from glucose (sugar) from cornstarch with a fatty alcohol derived from coconut oil. A highly popular surfactant for its ability to break down dirt and grease effectively and yet being environmentally friendly.
🌱 Cocamidopropyl betaine - pH neutral surfactant made from coconut oil that is also antistatic to fabrics
🌱 Organic Phospholipid Complex - plant-based phospholipids help enhance the cleaning efficiency and improve the texture of fabrics
🌱 Sodium gluceptate - chelating agent from organic salt that help to bind and neutralize metal ions, which can be present in water and affect the performance of detergents by interfering with the action of surfactants.
🌱 Citric acid - can help break down and remove stains effectively
