Cold Relief
Cool thermal pads to the desired temperature by placing into a bowl of cold icy water or keep inside of a fridge. Always test the temperature of the Thermal Pads with your hands prior to applying them to your breasts. Use thermal pads with provided soft covers for extra comfort. Place thermal pads onto your breasts for quick relief of soreness or engorgement.
Warm Therapy
Heat thermal pads to the desired temperature using a bowl of warm water for around 10 minutes. Alternatively, thermal pads may be heated using a microwave. Set microwave to Low and heat at 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Test thermal pads with your hands prior to applying them to your breasts. Use thermal pads with provided covers for extra comfort. Place thermal pads onto your breast to stimulate the flow of breastmilk prior to breastfeeding or pumping.
Care & Washing Instructions
Thermal Pads are reusable. Handwash the thermal pads and cloth covers with mild dishwashing soap when dirty. Do not puncture.
