Our 28-Day Lunch & Dinner meal package consists of recipes designed in two cycles – first to enhance digestion and wound healing, and second to maximise nourishment and support recovery.

Each recipe is thoughtfully developed in conjunction with Thomson’s in-house team of Lactation Consultants, Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians and Dieticians to aid childbirth recovery.

Infused with fresh, carefully selected ingredients and herbs, each meal consists of meat/fish, vegetables, double-boiled soup, a choice between white and brown rice and longan & red dates tea delivered warm to your doorstep.

Activation of your meals
Simply activate your meal delivery by logging into your account. For meals starting on a working day, please activate before 12pm at least two working days in advance. For example, to start your meal on a Wednesday, please activate by Monday before 12pm.
For meals starting on a weekend, please activate before 12pm at least three working days in advance. For example, to start your meal on a Saturday, please activate by Wednesday before 12pm.
Tip: To start enjoying your meals as soon as possible upon discharge, activate your meal delivery on the day of your hospital admission.

Delivery
All prices are inclusive of delivery charges and GST. Island-wide delivery is available. However, a surcharge of $25 (inclusive of GST) applies for every meal delivery to Sentosa & Tuas.
We deliver daily, except on Christmas Day, Chinese New Year Eve and first & second day of Chinese New Year. Your meals on these four days will be deferred and the meal cycles will not be affected.
Delivery Time: Lunch between 10:00am to 1:00pm and Dinner 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Customer accepts that traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances may delay deliveries.

Upgrades or Changes to Meal Packages
Service upgrade: Customers must top up the difference between the existing and new package price (pricing will be based on the prevailing month's promotion). Customers will also be entitled to the prevailing month's free dish(es) promotion, if any.

Others
All our confinement meals are freshly cooked daily and is best consumed within the time stipulated on the delivery bag.
One set of Tiffin consisting of 4 containers and 1 thermos in a bag will be on loan to customer daily for exchange during the delivery period. Customer is responsible for the cleanliness, loss and damage of this Tiffin set. Microwavable containers will be used for the last delivery.
All menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonality which is beyond our control.
The Management shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may result from the use of Thomson Confinement Food services.
The Management reserves the right to amend the prices, promotions and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
By placing the order of our confinement food home delivery service you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data to Thomson Medical and its subsidiaries and related companies, for the purpose of processing orders, transactions and requests, and communication with Thomson Medical Group and third party partners.

Mummys Market Pre-order Fineprint

Please note that the Preorder deals are:

Valid for collection ONLY between 18^th - 20^th Apr 2025 (18^th - 19^th Apr : 11am-9pm, 20^th Apr : 11am-8pm).

To be collected from Booth at Mummys Market Fair, Singapore Expo Hall 5 (please refer to Mummys Market Shopping Guide for any updates before commencement of event)

Mummys Market reserves the right to revise, suspend or terminate any deal without prior notice. In the event that a purchase has already been made, Mummys Market shall provide a full refund to the customer of the affected deal.

Should the item not be collected between 18^th - 20^th Apr 2025 at the Mummys Market Fair, the full retail price will be charged for collections.

STRICTLY No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations allowed.

Voucher printout or softcopy must be presented upon redemption.

In the event of any occurrence not foreseen under this Fine Print section, the decision of Mummys Market shall be final.

*Items must be collected at the Mummys Market Expo Baby Fair. Should the items not be collected during the fair, the full retail price will be charged. No Refund, Exchanges and Cancellations are allowed.

Step 3 - Print out your voucher via your email and redeem your item from the indicated booth No. at Mummys Market Expo Fair, 18^th - 20^th Apr 2025, Singapore Expo Hall 5. (Mummys Market Floorplan will be avaialble for you nearer to the event date)

Orders & Delivery

Your Online orders will be delivered upon 7 - 14working days upon successful payment, unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you have ordered from multiple Vendors, your items will be packed and delivered separately. *Items purchased during the Mummys Market Fair Preorders, Starbuys, and Early Bird Promotions are excluded. You may opt to arrange delivery separately with the exhibitor at the booth.
