How to use Get comfortable Sit or stand, it's up to you. Hold the soft silicone cup over your breast. Relax The soft, silicone cup creates a comfortable seal around your breast. Massage In massage mode, the pump mimics the way your baby latches to your nipple to stimulate milk flow. Express Use express mode for regular and prolonged pumping action to collect your milk. Remember it's not a race. Your way Use the setting and level that feels most comfortable for you. Important instructions and contact details included inside this pack. Express yourself

5 Massage modes

Massage modes mimic your baby's latch-on to stimulate milk flow. You'll feel 10 short pulses, then one longer pump then, after about a minute, the pump will move onto a more powerful mode that you control by simple + and - buttons.

9 Express modes

Once your milk starts flowing there are 9 expressing modes, providing a more regular and prolonged pumping action to help you comfortably express as much milk as possible. Again, you control the desired setting by pressing the + and - buttons.

It's not a competition

Every mum expresses different amounts at different rates. Whatever is your normal, this pump has an LED screen to show your expressing times, and comes with a Closer to Nature bottle, with measurement markers to see how much you're collecting.

The handy Express and Go starter set includes all the essentials items you need to express and feed your baby with ease. The Tommee Tippee Express and Go range uses a single pouch to express, store, warm and feed your baby without having to transfer the milk at any stage ensuring you never lose a precious drop.
